Jurijana is a modern, spacious and comfortable apartment located in a brand new house. Situated in an ideal location at the foot of the Julian Alps, it is intended for tourists with high expectations.
We helped the owner of Jurijana develop a new service brand, from naming, positioning, creating a comprehensive graphic design, to its launch. Our work also included designing differentiation from the competition and added value for guests of Jurijana. We prepared a collection of materials to present the offer and for marketing activities, from photographs to presentation texts in multiple languages.
Based on the characteristics of the target audience and market conditions, we identified two key types of communication with potential customers, namely through digital channels and through physical materials. We established profiles on Google My Business, on social networks Facebook and Instagram, on booking portals Airbnb and Booking.com, installed reservation management software and created a website. We prepared an editorial policy, textual and photographic content, and a variety of supporting materials with which the host demonstrates hospitality and a professional attitude towards guests - from their inquiry, arrival, stay to departure: directions, check-in, welcome package, house rules, tips on how to make the most of their stay, useful information, thank you for visiting, etc.
We helped the client make Jurijana's offer visible and noticeable on the market, and high guest ratings confirm its added value and differentiation from competitors.
